A school in the Bronx is need of a SETSS provider!

Responsibilities:

• Design, assess and evaluate student progress in achieving IEP goals.
• The ability to create a classroom environment where students feel safe, supported, and challenged
• Passion and commitment to teaching scholars in underserved areas and to closing the achievement gap 
• Relentless drive to set and achieve ambitious goals
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• Growth mindset and ability to use feedback to improve practice

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Special Education
• Must have one of the following:
  • NY State Transitional-B/Initial/Professional/Permanent Students with Disabilities (Grades 1-6), (Grades 5-9), (Grades 7-12) or (Grades K-12) Certification
    ***NO OTHER CERTIFICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED***
• ​No DOE employees.  Former DOE employees must be out of the system for on year to be considered.
