Multi-state law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join their expanding insurance subrogation practice in New Jersey. The position is fully remote. Salary is based on class year and the range is  $85K-$125K. Position is bonus eligible with an excellent benefits package.

Primary Duties:

The Associate Attorney will work closely with a highly regarded partner who handles a wide range of complex insurance matters with a focus on subrogation claims representing the insurance company. You will manage cases from inception to conclusion: drafting and filing complaints, interviewing witnesses, selecting experts, drafting discovery, conducting depositions, drafting and arguing motions, engaging in settlement discussions, substantial client interaction and local court appearances.   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of property civil litigation experience representing insurance companies 

• Admission to  New York bar; NJ bar admission a plus

• Strong writing skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Superior communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment
