@Orchard is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and improving our Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) infrastructure. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for performing system maintenance, developing playbooks, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our ICAM systems. The ideal candidate will possess certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA CySA+, and Linux Professional Institute Linux Essentials.

As the System Administrator you will.
    • Maintain and improve the overall health and performance of the Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) infrastructure.
    • Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and system configurations.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot ICAM systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and upgrades to ICAM infrastructure.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, including system playbooks and standard operating procedures.
    • Work closely with security teams to implement and enforce security policies within the ICAM environment.
    • Provide support for ICAM-related incidents and contribute to incident response efforts.
    • Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures for ICAM systems.
    • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to address technical issues and enhancements.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to ICAM.
Your background will include:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA CySA+, and Linux Professional Institute Linux Essentials certifications are required.
    • Proven experience as a System Administrator, preferably in ICAM environments.
    • Strong understanding of ICAM principles, including identity management, credentialing, and access control.
    • Proficiency in Linux and Windows server environments.
    • Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
    • Scripting and automation skills for system tasks (e.g., Bash, PowerShell).
    • Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated success in maintaining and improving ICAM infrastructure.
    • Ability to perform routine system maintenance and implement changes effectively.
    • Experience in developing and maintaining system documentation and playbooks.
    • Strong understanding of security best practices within system administration.
    • Adaptable to evolving technologies and security threats.
    • Commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
