@Orchard is seeking a skilled ICAM Engineer to contribute to the design, deployment, and maintenance of our organization's Identity and Access Management (IDM) solutions. As an ICAM Engineer, you will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining our IDM software, with a focus on designing and deploying new features. The ideal candidate will have expertise in technologies such as Forgerock, OpenAM, Active Directory, and Group Policy, and possess relevant certifications like CompTIA Security+ and Forgerock Certified IDM Specialist.

As the ICAM Engineer you will:
    • Design and deploy new features for Identity and Access Management (IDM) systems to enhance security and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of IDM features with other systems.
    • Maintain and administer IDM software, ensuring system stability, reliability, and optimal performance.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve IDM-related issues promptly, providing effective solutions.
    • Implement and enforce security policies and best practices within IDM systems.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to IDM.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into IDM requirements.
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
 Your background will include:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • CompTIA Security+ certification is required.
    • Forgerock Certified IDM Specialist certification is highly desirable.
    • Proven experience as an ICAM Engineer with a focus on IDM design, deployment, and maintenance.
    • Expertise in IDM technologies such as Forgerock, OpenAM, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
    • Strong understanding of identity management, credentialing, and access control principles.
    • Proficiency in scripting and automation for IDM tasks (e.g., PowerShell).
    • Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
    • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated ability to design and deploy new IDM features in complex environments.
    • Experience maintaining and administering IDM software.
    • In-depth knowledge of Forgerock, OpenAM, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
    • Adaptable to evolving technologies and security threats.
    • Commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
