Warehouse Supervisor

A local manufacturer of quality agricultural supplies and equipment is accepting applications for Warehouse Supervisor.  The position will manage all aspects of the warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving.  If you have warehouse, factory, or agriculture experience, and enjoy a hands-on position, apply today!

• Maintain the organization, management and logistics of warehouse operations in a hands-on supervisory role.
• Oversee scheduling of receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
• Direct the work of warehouse staff; supervise and perform various human resource functions.
• Oversee fulfillment of customer orders; ensuring excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate order & employee documentation in coordination with other stakeholders.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security and safety procedures and protocols.

• Warehouse or factory experience is preferred. 
• Experience or knowledge of the agricultural industry is a plus.
• Forklift experience or the ability to become certified in forklift operation is required.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
• Dependability and ability to lead a team to stay on task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Skill in the use of a computer, Microsoft Suite; FACTS experience a plus. 
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A valid California Driver’s License.
