Primary Functions: 

  1. Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others.
  2. Support and align efforts to meet business needs.
  3. Manage expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project status and results.
  4. Stay current with business needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences.
  5. Meets with team to brainstorm what kind of information/report is needed to support operations, business development, compliance and accreditation.
  6. Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation, managing project scope, adjusting schedules when necessary, determining daily priorities, ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones, and following proper escalation paths.
  7. Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others, articulating ideas and viewpoints to management, peers and others, identifying and initiating projects, and driving the resolution of issues.
  8. Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan).
  9. Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive).
  10. 10.Uses analysis tools such as SQL and Excel to create custom ad hoc analyses to support the needs of internal and external customers.
  11. Produces and distributes a variety of regular, monthly, quarterly, and annual data reports.
  12. Makes presentations to internal & external stakeholders as needed to communicate observations from analysis performed.
  13. Other Duties as assigned.
