We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Warehouse Coordinator to provide the parts support to the Forklift after-sales team.

The goal is to manage the parts in the warehouse so as to maximize the performance of parts sales and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Process the parts receiving, storing, packing, and shipping with accuracy and timeliness.
• Compile and prepare documents such as packing lists and bill of ladings
• Run parts to/from job sites as needed.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve abnormal parts shipment.
• Order parts as needed and maintaining an inventory of the warehouse.
• Ensure all required logs completed and filed properly.
• Other warehouse related tasks as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English.
• Experienced in packing and shipping.
• Have great attention to detail.
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and must have a positive attitude.
• Able to speak Mandarin is a plus
