Talent Orchard, LLC has been contracted by a top defense firm in their search for a Cyberspace Intelligence Analyst II professional for opportunities in Annapolis Junction, MD. 

Responsibilities:

• The Contractor shall assist USCYBERCOM in all aspects of Joint MISO WebOps Center (JMWC) efforts. Assistance shall include day-to-day actions with various points of contact for all CCMDs and within the USSOCOM staff.  The contractor shall provide the following support:

• Be imbedded with the GCC's WebOps Teams to facilitate planning, integration, synchronization, and execution of operations.
• Perform a wide range of complex analytical tasks for WebOps and other MISO capabilities, define and refine program plans, performance metrics and programmatic documents, conduct research and develop information for understanding and integration of regional and trans-regional programs while coordinating and deconflicting JMWC operations with USCYBERCOM operations. 
• Preparing reports presentations and plans required for periodic updates, and interact regularly with Senior USSOCOM and CCMD staffs as well as industry representatives relative to the operation and performance of WebOps and other MISO capabilities.
• Provide planning support to the USCYBERCOM staff at the JMWC. Assist in the establishment of the JMWC on a wide range of policies with direct relevance to achievement of USCYBERCOM mission and critical national security objectives. Facilitate USCYBERCOM WebOps coordination with the appropriate GCCs, Interagency (IA) elements, U.S. country team(s), and/or internal allies and partners to foster collaborative and effective Internet-based MISO. 
• Assist USCYBERCOM planning and collaboration effort within the JMWC for problem sets for which they are the designated coordinating authority, ensuring alignment with the global integrator’s strategic narrative. 
• Coordinate regional Internet-based MISO in collaboration with the USSOCOM JMWC Core element, other GCCs, the IA and international partners to ensure Internet-based MISO message synchronization. 
• Assist the USCYBERCOM and USSOCOM JMWC staff and coordinate with key USCYBERCOM stakeholders. 
• Support Joint Force strategic messaging with analysis of foreign propaganda, deception, disinformation/misinformation, and information warfare activities, to include estimate of threat objectives, attack vectors, preferred methods, techniques, and themes. 
• Submit rudiments for online MISO capabilities to the USCYBERCOM and JMWC USSOCOM Core for development and/or acquisition. 
• Assist in researching, identifying, and developing requirements and IO-centric Courses of Action (COA) for cyberspace operations. 
• Understand cyberspace operations and cybersecurity analysis and contribute to the development of MISO TTPs, CONOPs, and assessments from a MISO, IRC, and cyberspace perspective.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in Joint Operational Plans, Fires, and Joint Targeting with a strong emphasis on Information Operations (IO), Military Information Support Operations (MISO), and Military Deception (MILDEC) operations.
• Strong desire for individuals to have served at the Combatant Command level.
• Direct experience supporting a JCC, COIPE, and/or JMWC Staff is strongly desired.
• Strong desire for individuals to have been exposed to the Cyber Mission Forces construct within a Command.
• Strong desire for DOD 8140/DOD8570 IAT Level II Certification or higher.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
