Cyber Defensive Operator II

Top Secret/SCI w/Poly clearance required 

Talent Orchard, LLC has been contracted by a top defense firm in their search for a Cyber Defensive Operator II professional for opportunities in Fort Meade, MD.   

Responsibilities:

Supports JFHQ-DODIN Defensive Cyber Operations analysis.

• Analyzes and evaluates software products and systems.
• Ensures systems comply with requirements and IA standards.
• Focuses on system/network cyber warfare attacks, techniques, and procedures.
• Provides analysis support for design reviews to ensure applicability to the current system and requirements traceability.
• Produces papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for the government.
• Must comply with DOD 8570.01M CSSP Analyst expertise
• Analysts are requested to provide detailed written and oral briefings to senior JFHQDODIN leadership 
• Analysts must possess experience with creating analysis and conducting assessments from a cyber-threat perspective 
• Demonstrate experience analyzing large amounts of data and ability to prepare, write and present reports at the executive and/or congressional levels.  
• Display excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Professional Suite of applications 
• Work at DISA/JFHQ-DODIN HQs on Fort Meade is normal duty days/hours: M-F: 08001700; Due to working in support of multiple missions globally, working outside normal duty hours will occur as mission dictates.

Qualifications

• Skilled with Cyber Warfare techniques, methods, and processes.
• Experience detecting, monitoring, analyzing, and mitigating cyber threats.
• Familiarity with CJCSM 6510.01B.
• Edu/Exp: HS +11-14 Years, BA/BA 5-10 Years, or MA/MS +3-6 Years.
• Must have DoD 8570 certification: CSSP Analyst (CEH, CSSP or equivalent)
