Regency Investment Advisors, located in Fresno California, is accepting applications of interest for the Client Service Specialist vacancy. This position will be responsible for assisting Financial Advisors in delivering excellent customer service to clients and meeting other service delivery needs.

 

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Maintain databases, client review, contact information and schedule service appointments.
  • Coordinate efforts to resolve client services issues.
  • Provide administrative support and liaise to Financial Advisors, Administration and Trading Staff.
  • Perform research, gather data and complete special projects.
  • Assemble Information and Marketing Packets.
  • Perform various administrative duties as assigned.

 

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of three years’ experience performing administrative duties in a professional office environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Some knowledge of financial services is a plus!
  • Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail.
  • A professional demeanor towards clients and co-workers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, various software, and computer systems.
  • A Valid California Driver's License and an acceptable Division of Motor Vehicles record.
  • Fluency in Spanish is desired.
