Customer Support Associate

As we are growing rapidly, and this growth has translated into the expansion of our Customer Support Team. We are currently seeking a full-time, entry level, administrative professional to support the continued growth of the company.   

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Support sales and operations team
  • Process shipment to customers by creating shipping label and schedule pick up from FedEx.com
  • Send shipping notification both to the sales and the customers
  • Investigate status and troubleshoot any associated shipping/receiving problems.
  • Maintain shipment record and keep good record of inventory
  • Coordinate during receiving
  • Assist with department work, projects, and support within as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • B/BA degree preferred but not required
  • Strong computer skills
  • MS Office Excel and Word
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented
  • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks
  • Dependable, independent worker who can solve problems with minimal oversight
  • Team Player with positive attitude ready to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
