Customer Support Associate
As we are growing rapidly, and this growth has translated into the expansion of our Customer Support Team. We are currently seeking a full-time, entry level, administrative professional to support the continued growth of the company.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Support sales and operations team
- Process shipment to customers by creating shipping label and schedule pick up from FedEx.com
- Send shipping notification both to the sales and the customers
- Investigate status and troubleshoot any associated shipping/receiving problems.
- Maintain shipment record and keep good record of inventory
- Coordinate during receiving
- Assist with department work, projects, and support within as needed
Qualifications:
- B/BA degree preferred but not required
- Strong computer skills
- MS Office Excel and Word
- Highly organized and detailed oriented
- Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks
- Dependable, independent worker who can solve problems with minimal oversight
- Team Player with positive attitude ready to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
