Talent Orchard, LLC has been contracted by a top defense firm in their search for a Cyber Operational Planner II professional for opportunities in Fort Gordon, GA.  


Responsibilities:

Support ARCYBER G8 with Force Structure and Organizational Force Development expertise.

Monitors and reviews strategies, doctrine, policies, and directives to ensure compliance.

Provides input to briefings, transitioning concepts to execution, and assisting in the coordination of operational planning in support of training, exercises, and operations.

Provides input for the development of TTPs, CONOPs, COAs.

Provides input to address shortfalls, prioritize and validate requirements, and to modify development planning efforts.

Contributes to the development of exercise scenarios and exercise operational plans.

Conducts research of current and emerging threats.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of experience as a Service or Joint Operations Planner at Division, MAGTF, Wing or higher command level.

    Complete working knowledge of the MDMP/JOPP, Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES), and APEX planning formats and guidance.

    Edu/Exp: HS +11-14 Years, BA/BA 5-10 Years, or MA/MS +3-6 Years.

    JPME II Level qualified (preferred, not required)

    Force Structure Division personnel should be an Army Officer (Force Management and/or ORSA) with the following:

  • prior HQDA G8 System Synchronization or Capabilities Development experience;
  • CGSC/ILE or equivalent graduate;
  • Information papers and briefing development for O6 thru 3-Star audience;
  • Capable of briefing complex requirements to audiences unfamiliar with topic.
  • Organizational / Force Development personnel should be an Army Officer with the following:

  • Knowledge of ARCYBER, HQDA, Joint and COCOM staffs, processes and procedures;
  • Experienced Knowledge Manager with Certification;
  • CGSC/ILE or equivalent graduate;
  • Ability to create executive level correspondence;
  • Capable of briefing complex requirements to audiences unfamiliar with topic;
  • Experience with Microsoft Productivity Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Project;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint solution development, configuration, or customization;
