Cyber Intel Analyst III

Talent Orchard, LLC has been contracted by a top defense firm in their search for a Cyber Intel Analyst III professional for opportunities in Fort Meade, MD. 

Responsibilities:

Support JFHQ-DODIN with in intelligence operation support to cyber.

• Serves as an senior Intel Specialist that applies intelligence analysis skills to monitor, assess, and report on cyberspace operations, capabilities, vulnerabilities, and personalities that could pose a threat.
• Conducts reviews, identifies gaps, and recommends solutions.
• Develops reports and briefing artifacts.
• Mentors mid-level and junior staff.

Qualifications

• Skilled in research and evaluate of technical and all-source intelligence.
• Understand cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Experience with cyber threat profiling and intel data correlation.
• Possesses in-depth understanding of intelligence analytic concepts to monitor, assess, and report on cyberspace operations, capabilities, and vulnerabilities.
• Edu/Exp: HS 16+ Years, BA/BA 10+ Years, or MA/MS 8+ Years.
• Desired, but not required certification: DoD 8570 IAT Level II.
• Analysts are requested to provide detailed written and oral briefings to senior JFHQDODIN leadership
• Analysts must possess experience with creating analysis and conducting assessments from a cyber-threat perspective 
• Demonstrate experience analyzing large amounts of data and ability to prepare, write and present reports at the executive and/or congressional levels.
• Display excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Professional Suite of applications
• Work at DISA/JFHQ-DODIN HQs on Fort Meade is normal duty days/hours: M-F: 08001700; Due to working in support of multiple missions globally, working outside normal duty hours will occur as mission dictates.
• Personnel working at Ft Meade require at a minimum TS/SCI clearance.
