Our DACH client, a leading worldwide supplier of high performance optical sensors is in search of a:

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Maintenance of Design-IP (intellectual property) database and coordination of Design-IP release procedure
• Work closely with the company's product design teams and understand their Design-IP requirements
• Identify 3^rd party IPs matching our product specifications
• Support legal and procurement departments in negotiation with IP vendors
• Support the integration of Design-IP blocks into products
• Ensure proper execution of contractual obligations (license agreements)
• Generate Design-IP usage reports and support royalty calculation

Qualifications:

• Experience with IP Lifecycle Management tools
• Profound technical knowledge and experience in integrated circuit designs
• Experience with Linux and major EDA tools
• Excellent ability to deal with global 3rd party Design-IP and Design-Service providers
• Strong negotiation skills and basic legal experience
• Good communication skills and fluent English (verbal and writing)
• Excellent team player
