Summary:

 

A local software company is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join its growing team. This key position is responsible for leading all human resources functions including: recruitment, talent management, training and development, benefits administration, risk management, compensation, employee relations, leaves of absence, and workers’ compensation.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field of study;
  • PHR, PHR-CA, SPHR or SHRM certification;
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive human resources experience;
  • Extensive knowledge of state and federal employment laws and incorporating into policies, procedures and practices;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), timekeeping and payroll software; and,
  • Effective organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
