Sands Investment Group (SIG), one of the nation’s fastest growing commercial real estate companies, is seeking an Executive Assistant reporting to the Sr Broker of our Santa Monica, GA office. This role demands an extremely detail-oriented and organized candidate who is able to prioritize and manage schedules and exercise confidentiality. The right candidate will be actively engaged with brokers in the office and resourceful in problem solving with a "can-do" positive and upbeat attitude. 

The Executive Assistant will:

  • Assist with setting individual and team sales goals both annually and during 6-week sales “sprints”
  • Have an active presence in the office to oversee day-to-day activities and performance of brokers 
  • Demonstrate and promote SIG’s unique culture by fostering team comradery and collaboration among brokers
  • Interface with SIG Management to ensure goals for office and production are being met
  • Manage heavy incoming/outgoing daily correspondence (emails, phones, etc.)
  • Manage multiple calendars and schedules via Outlook
  • Research, plan and arrange personal and/or company events 
  • Arrange travel and complete personal tasks as requested
  • Scan, file and organize paperwork and complete data entry as necessary
  • Coordinate and oversee the completion of special projects as needed and manage outsourced workforce

Successful candidates will have:

  • 1-3 years of previous experience managing a leader or C-Suite professional; experience in a sales environment a plus
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, specifically the ability to write, proofread and edit with precision
  • Strong competency in MS Office Suite and Google Apps; experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) a plus
  • Strong leadership and team building skills, people management skills, collaborative work style, and commitment to getting the job done
  • Humble and hungry attitude and openness to direction
  • Effective, inspirational and motivational communication style, excellent verbal skills
