Talent Orchard is searching for a Client Manager to provide support for the Navy-Marine Corps business group. This is an excellent perm opportunity with competitive pay and benefits. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality, magnitude, and effectiveness of relationships between Perspecta and the USMC customer.
• Cooperates in building effective business relationships between Perspecta & the Marine Corps.
• Leads the account team to meet the customer’s requirements for quality, speed and cost while meeting Perspecta's internal metrics in terms of financials and customer satisfaction.
• Serves as the Perspecta principal representative to the customer, making business decisions and contractual commitments on behalf of Perspecta.
• Responsible for revenue, profit, and increasing the business volume by increasing the depth and breadth of Perspecta’s offerings.
• **This position will require the candidate to frequently visit customers in the Fort Meade and Pentagon area.**
• **This role offers some remote workdays for local candidates** 

Requirements:

• DoD Secret Clearance preferred - Public Trust is permissible for clear-able candidates 
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of industry experience, including 2+ years’ relevant Client Management experience
• Track record of managing a mid-sized portfolio of Services
• Proven track record in business P&L management, financial concepts, and contract law
• Experience in developing executive-level customer relationships including good negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Experience leading virtual teams, influential, able to work across organizational boundaries, dealing with ambiguity and setting up internal networks.

Preferred:

• USMC active duty experience preferred
