Cyberspace Operations Senior Manager

Talent Orchard has been retained by a leading defense firm in their search for a Cyberspace Operations Senior Manager in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.

Responsibilities
 

- Serve as a technical lead for contractor personnel performing cyberspace operations support functions

- Serve as main on-site point of contact for government mission customers

- Provide technical and administrative supervision for Perspecta and subcontractor personnel

- Serve as first-line manager for assigned Perspecta personnel

- Brief senior government and military personnel regularly on both mission and contract status

- Coordinate contract deliverables (e.g. monthly status reports, trip reports, etc.)

- Facilitate contract staffing (e.g. interviews, hiring decisions, onboarding, etc.)

Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience managing defensive cyber teams

- Minimum of five years of experience in cyberspace operations

- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Cyberspace Analyst, Cyberspace Operations Engineer, Cyberspace Joint Operation Planner, or related functional area

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; excellent communications skills

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI); Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination

- Minimum DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAM Level III Certification desired

- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related discipline desired

- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired

- Previous experience supporting USCYBERCOM mission desired
