We are currently seeking a Director of Pharmacy Operations. This position directs all aspects of specialty pharmacy operations, including patient care delivery, benefits and claims processing, clinical services, inventory management, and logistics.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of all quality aspects of national specialty pharmacy operations, including accreditations, compliance, service delivery, and inspections.  Drive quality initiatives and ensure pharmacy operations are in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws, with the highest ethical standards Ardon consistently strives to achieve.
  • Serving as the pharmacist-in-charge for Oregon and providing oversight of pharmacy staff as they support patients in states across the country.
  • Strategic and tactical planning to continually drive service improvements and align with the current and anticipated dynamics of the market.
  • Coaching and developing supervisors, leads, and support staff. 
  • Establishing strong working relationships with core business partners and management in other key areas of the organization to assure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Amplifying Ardon’s reputation by Influencing and leading industry peers
