Sands Investment Group (SIG), one of the nation's fastest growing real estate firms is seeking an experienced Marketing expert who is well-versed in high-level strategy as well as tactical execution to join our dynamic and collaborative team in Charleston, SC. This role will oversee company-wide Marketing strategy and drive key initiatives across all Marketing channels. 

Position Responsibilities Include

  • Create and execute annual marketing plan and lead ongoing Marketing strategy

  • Oversee all marketing channels and branding efforts (email marketing, SEO, SEM, SIG website, social media, graphic design work)

  • Develop and communicate key Marketing metrics to ensure that tactics and efforts are in alignment with company vision

  • Develop PR strategies to increase SIG’s market perception and awareness in the marketplace

  • Oversee eblast platform strategy 

Successful Candidates Will Have

  • 5+ years of Marketing experience specializing in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns and strategies.

  • Highly-resourceful and organized team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive and efficient

  • Strong written and verbal communications

  • Ability to prioritize workload and competing deadlines

  • Energized by a changing environment/priorities, time-sensitive tasks, and multiple demands

  • Experience managing email marketing platforms (Active Campaign, Marketo, etc.)

  • Tech savvy and experience with standard platforms (e.g. Google Suite, Google Analytics, Microsoft Suite, Docusign, Salesforce CRM databases and research tools). Experience in Adobe and Photoshop a plus.

  • Experience managing outside vendors including outsourced Marketing agency

  • Ability to execute on a tactical level while planning strategically
