On behalf of our Swiss client, a global leader in fluids engineering for oil and gas, hydrocarbon processing and other industrial markets, we are searching for a:

Your Tasks

• Driving the set-up and implementation of the polymer chemical recycling technology and market roadmap
• Consolidating all activities within R&D, process development and customer testing activities in the field of polymer chemical recycling
• Being the contact person for all technical question related to polymer recycling, in particular for the chemical recycling of polymers
• Ensuring that short term and long term strategy is executed
• Prioritizing and supervising development projects together with other specialists
• Building strong relationships with universities and other technical stakeholder who are active in the field of polymer recycling
• Build up the company's IP portfolio
• Representing the company at technical conferences and possibly writing technical papers
• Managing and coordinating the company's Polymer Recycling “cluster” with the relevant segment representatives

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering (or Process Engineering)
• At least 7 - 10 years of experience in the field of polymer production, processing and or chemical recycling
• Technically agile with critical matters related to the handling/production of polymers
• Expert know-how in the field of polymers
• Experiences with chemical recycling would be considered as a plus
• Team player, excellent communication skills, aware of multicultural differences
• Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
• Travel requirements: 20-40% (worldwide)
