@Orchard LLC, formally Talent Orchard LLC has been retained by a client based in Princeton, New Jersey to provide them with a contract recruiter to work on-site. Our client is a growing Pharmaceutical firm focused within the Oncology therapeutic pathway and is seeking someone able to execute the full lifecycle of recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, qualifying and managing the hiring process with managers and HR. As a contract recruiter you will;

  • Be employed by @Orchard but work under the day-to-day oversight of the client Recruiting leadership.
  • Primarily work on-site at their Princeton headquarters, with some travel potential. There will be some flexibility to work from home once you have established yourself with the team and the hiring managers.
  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle, working with managers to define opportunities and ensuring through HR that the roles are correctly aligned; sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates; managing the full candidate acquisition process and keeping both managers and HR fully engaged throughout.
  • Provide reporting and status updates to stakeholders on a consistent basis.
  • Ensure all work is conducted in full compliance with client practices and applicable laws/regulations.
  • Meet hiring objectives as established by the client.

Your background will include;

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience including a year or more working for a Pharmaceutical company or agency supporting the sector.
  • Proven capabilities as a strong sourcer of talent and a record of success in taking talent from prospect to hire.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the legal framework affecting hiring within the Pharmaceutical sector, including OFCCP and EEOC regulations.
  • Familiarity conducting all activities within an Applicant Tracking System, including suitable documentation.
