Sands Investment Group (SIG), one of the nation's fastest growing real estate firms is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator who is well-versed in Sales support as well as tactical execution to join our dynamic and collaborative team in Atlanta, GA. This role will work closely with the Managing Director of the office to oversee the brokerage team as well as the office.
Position Responsibilities Include
Brokerage Support:

Oversee and ensure brokers inputting correct information into shared database (Salesforce CRM)

Prepare meeting notes and additional documentation as needed ensuring Managing Director is effectively prepared for meetings with brokers

Schedule coaching meetings between brokers and Managing Director

Interface with Management Sales Ops to stay up to date on broker milestones (split escalations, company awards, Office Contest, and agent goals)

Keep brokers engaged by heading up and running weekly sales contests
-
Serve as point of contact for all brokers in office who need to get in touch with Managing Director
Atlanta Office Support:
-
Manage ongoing office maintenance and serve as point of contact for property manager

Manage office supply inventory (snacks, toiletries, etc.)

Pay office vendor bills & regime fees
-
Coordinate office events (happy hours, lunches, holiday dinners, birthdays, etc.)

Plan and oversee all local SIGives Charity events
-
Order birthday gifts and milestone gifts for SIG team members
-
Oversee office mail - disseminate, file or scan as needed
-
Serve as proxy and communicate to office on behalf of Managing Director as needed
-
Manage communication with key vendors and personal relationships on behalf of Managing Director as needed (Banks, Networking groups, etc.)

Book MD travel as needed
Successful Candidates Will Have

3+ years experience managing an office and/or sales professionals
-
Highly-resourceful and organized team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while holding others accountable, remaining flexible, proactive and efficient

Strong written and verbal communications

Ability to prioritize workload and competing deadlines

Energized by a changing environment/priorities, time-sensitive tasks, and multiple demands

Tech savvy and experience with standard platforms (e.g. Google Suite, Google Analytics, Microsoft Suite, Docusign, Salesforce CRM databases and research tools).

Ability to execute on a tactical level while also being able to plan strategically
