Your Role with the Company:

You will be responsible for managing as many as 2-3 projects simultaneously ranging in size from $1-$5 million. You will report directly to the owner and maintain complete oversight of assigned projects with an emphasis on job-cost tracking and accounting. You will be responsible for project initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of each project as well as managing risk and minimizing uncertainty.

Background Profile:

• 3+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management
• Exposure to various types of commercial construction projects
• Working knowledge of Contracts
• Background in working effectively with subcontractors
