As a Product Manager your responsibilities will feature;

• Being involved in every aspect of the product development process, from concept to launch.
• Champion product development within the company, mobilizing support and resources to deliver an exceptional product on time and on budget.
• Always lead with the customer in mind and a focus on quality, be relentless in accepting nothing but the best solution.
• Act with urgency and a recognition that innovation moves fast and so does the market – always be aware of market intelligence and share information with colleagues.
• Recognize that while innovation is king, it should always be aligned with the strategy or the company and the product development roadmap, so as to avoid unnecessary expense or lost opportunity.

Your background should include the following attributes and experience;

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of software product management experience, with a demonstrated record of successfully bring product from concept to market.
• Proven experience and knowledge working as a Product Manager within the healthcare or related industries.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with customers and product consumers and translating their insights into action and product.
• Comfortable working within an entrepreneurial environment where things change fast and comfort with ambiguity are essential.
• A demonstrated depth of technical knowledge and the ability to translate non-technical business drivers or patient requests into technical solutions for engineering.
• Exceptional project management skills including scheduling, deliverable management, written and verbal communication at the highest level of professionalism.
