Your Role with the Company:

You’ll be a key member of the accounting team. You’ll report to the owner and will prepare construction job billing for a wide range of project sizes from $10 thousand to $30 million.  You will be responsible for preparing the job billing, tracking lien waivers, and talking to subcontractors to ensure all contracts and documentation are collected.  In addition, you’ll participate in cost review meetings, and help solve job related billing issues.  You'll use a sophisticated ERP system to perform your role as well as MS Excel.

Background Profile:

• 3+ years’ work experience
• Experience with construction job billing
• Background in communicating with subcontractors
• Exposure to construction draw processes helpful
• Background using MS Excel templates and creating basic spreadsheets
