The demand for Health-Ade is exploding as consumers fall in love with our Kombucha. We’re experiencing rapid growth and searching for a Club Channel Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Identify, set up and oversee the onboarding process for new club channel partners
• Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals
• Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue
• Manage Customer P/L
• Ability to build forecasts and lead growth planning
• Work closely with sales teams within the club channel partner to train and advise
• Regularly meet with counterparts with partner organization
• Monthly reports on sales KPI’s within club channel partners
• Give feedback to the marketing team on the success of sales promotions
• Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements
• Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner
• Address customer service issues as raised by the club channel partner
• Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities
• Working on cross selling opportunities within the organization
• Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities
• Manage all sales expenses and budgets for market

Requirements

• Previous experience of driving CPG club channel sales ideally within refrigerated products
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners
• Strong personal network within the industry
• Driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales
• High energy and drive
• Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
• Must be organized and a self-starter with a passion for selling and managing a team
