The demand for Health-Ade is exploding as consumers fall in love with our Kombucha. We’re experiencing rapid growth and searching for a Preventive Maintenance Coordinators, who is responsible for preventive maintenance related to buildings, machinery, and equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and coordinate the preventive maintenance program and processes across all facilities
  • Review manufacturer’s operation manuals to determine optimum frequency of preventative maintenance
  • Coordinate with manufacturing/maintenance staff to evaluate, enhance, and preserve equipment condition
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely collection of equipment data and ensures data is recorded in a well-organized manner so it can be easily retrieved and utilized to facilitate maintenance team
  • Must maintain a log of required preventive maintenance and schedule it accordingly, as well as coordinate with maintenance employees regarding projects to be completed
  • Must rotate machinery or equipment which is to be serviced so that it will not disrupt the business or building operation
  • Develop the program budget, offer insight for the business plan
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment and pay close attention to details to ensure that no scheduled service is missing
  • Able to troubleshoot problems, estimate labor costs for jobs

EXPERIENCE: 

  • A high school diploma or GED and relevant work experience are generally required for this position
  • Minimum of 3 year’s experience
  • Must have exceptional knowledge of the equipment and machinery with which they will work and ensure that all maintenance staff follow safety guidelines in accordance with state and federal regulations
  • Must be computer savvy with either programs and/or organization with MS Word / Excel
  • Must have ability to cross reference tools and parts with suppliers
  • Must know their way around machines and be mechanically inclined
  • Must have a sense of urgency
  • Be able to create a PM plan
  • Understand budget constraints
  • Must be organized
  • Understanding of hygienic design for food manufacturing equipment and facilities
  • Always maintain a professional demeanor and friendly interactions with clients and staff
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also important in this position
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects/workload
