About the Role

The Vice President, Sales will provide the vision and strategic leadership for the Sales organization, promoting the brand and maintaining optimal relationships with customers through a diverse portfolio of offerings including Cybersecurity, Compliance, Privacy Advisory, Consulting, and Professional Services. This position has responsibility for sales pipeline management, sales operations, and strategic partnerships. This leader is expected to provide key input into our overall business strategy and go-to-market strategy as we continue to grow. This leader establishes a coherent growth outlook that is consistent with the Company’s business objectives and drives strategy to closure under the direction of the Executive Vice President, Operations.

 

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have well-established industry relationships within the IT Healthcare industry, an analytical mindset with an awareness of key marketplace trends, a strong Healthcare and IT or Cybersecurity industry knowledge base, and a proven track record closing enterprise level contracts. A leader that is adept at influencing culture while building an engaged and top performing sales team. Able to inspire others, motivate and drive your team to exceed sales goals, cultivate and win new business, and bridge requirements across sales and generate momentum to promote continuous growth. A strong desire to be in an entrepreneurial and high-performance environment.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience in management and sales.
  • Experience developing a sales strategy for the entire service portfolio and future services that contribute to the strategic vision and positioning in the market.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership and strategic thinking to identify and prioritize and lead cross-functional processes focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization from opportunity development, solutions, to contract closure.
  • Track record of communicating, presenting and influencing credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including C-level.
  • Able to plan, schedule, and monitor own work within deadlines.
  • Possess technical and industry background, persistence, and persuasiveness needed to succeed in a sales role.
  • Close deals consistently to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas, key performance indicators, and other departmental objectives.
  • Familiarity with business proposals: Methods and techniques for preparing and presenting proposals, business cases, and statements of work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce a plus.
  • Ability to travel nationally up to 50%.
