About the Role

The VP, Security & Privacy Delivery role is responsible for supporting growth, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery, and achieving the highest levels of client and employee satisfaction for CynergisTek’s security, privacy and compliance service lines.  Services include but are not limited to a robust portfolio representing: Assessments and Consulting, Managed Services and Professional Services.

The Ideal Candidate

A leader with a strong background and success in the delivery of IT Security and Privacy-related managed services, including the ability to improve and grow these services, and the consultants that provide them.  Your background should have proven successes in process improvement, developing strategic plans, and ability to monitor the objectives for the service lines offered by CynergisTek.  Strong presentation skills will also be key, as you represent CynergisTek on key client sales and delivery meetings.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Business Administration, Health. Administration or related field required and/or additional job-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.
• Certifications in security and/or compliance (i.e. CISSP, CISM, CISA, CHC, CHCP, etc.) or willingness to obtain if experience aligns with certification requirements.
• Minimum 8 years management experience. 
• 5+ years’ experience working in a consulting services environment.  Healthcare experience highly desirable.
• Understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills.
• Resourceful problem-solving skills with ability to learn and adapt quickly to a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly (up to 50%).
