About the Role

The Content Specialist is tasked with keeping the content in our research accurate, relevant, and up to date. Content accuracy is critical for providing our team with the latest information. This role will maintain a content library, regularly review and update or retire content, and serve as the internal point-of-content for any content requests. This is a temporary role that can be filled by a temporary employee or internship, and reports to the EVP, Innovation.

The Ideal Candidate

Someone who can effectively liaise with the Advisory team, responding to inquiries from content stakeholders and website users regarding content and functionality of various digital products. This individual thrives in responding to requests to collect and manage creative assets (such as images, video/multimedia, and other reference files), make text updates, and facilitate functionality changes. Exposure to privacy and/or information security is very helpful.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma. Some college experience is helpful
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities, meet deadlines and manage interruptions in an efficient and professional manner
• Ability to work independently or as a team member and establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with all levels of the team
• Strong creativity, analytical decision-making and database management in a higher education setting
