Job Purpose: Royalty billing & collections

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of invoices for all quarterly billings, new contracts and misc billing.
• Assist in the collection efforts including follow-up of past due accounts and follow through with Company’s collection policy. 
• Assist in the customer setup, foreign withholding tax application and other licensee requests.
• Assist in updating the AR records. Review daily banking activities to ensure all cash receipts are properly applied to open invoices
• Prepare cash collection report
• Assist in the preparation of the weekly AR report
• Assist in providing billing, collection information, when requested.
• Assist in the preparation of information required by external auditors and consultants
• Work on ad hoc financial projects

Skills/Qualifications:                                                                       

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in AR and collections processing 
• Proven understanding of accounting principles and transactions
• Experience performing and presenting account analyses
• Ability to identify variances or unusual trends that will require further investigation
• Confident communicator with experience communicating with people at all levels of the organization
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with strong orientation for details and deadlines
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel Word
