About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business at net new customers by identifying and closing information security and privacy staffing and staff augmentation opportunities within an assigned target pursuit prospect base of healthcare accounts. You will research industry needs and contribute to the sales team by initiating positive relationships with prospective customers to increase sales of security staffing opportunities and ensure a positive transition to the Client Service Director for long-term account management. 

The Ideal Candidate

This is a pure “hunter” type sales role where your primary responsibility will be making the initial sale by providing interim, temporary and long-term information security and privacy experts to the Healthcare industry. You will also be the main point of contact for our third-party partner, enabling their success in setting net new meetings for the broader sales team.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years staffing field sales experience or as a team lead. Net new staffing opportunities.
• Experience selling to “C” level executives and other senior technical security or privacy leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent time management, organizational, networking, communication, and negotiating skills.
• PC savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Salesforce.
