- Drafting, updating, and maintaining quality assurance policies and procedures
- Interpret and implement ISO and BYD standards and policies
- Evaluate adequacy of documented procedures
- Recording and reporting monitoring and measuring data
- Plan, conduct, and monitor inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
- Assist in internal auditing (training, auditing, documentation)
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Collect and compile statistical quality data
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the Quality Management System
- Develop, monitor, and follow up with Corrective Actions and Opportunities for Improvement
- Prepare audit reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet ISO and QMS standards
- Coordinate external audits and accompany auditors
- Monitor risk management activities
- Make recommendations for continual improvement
- Sort, organize, and back up data and paperwork as required
- Keeps a clean, organized, and safe working environment

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED. Must have 3 or more years of quality administrative experience. Must have prior experience working with ISO. Must have stellar people skills and a strong working relationship with others. Must type at least 30 WPM and have the ability to multitask.
