Job Title Warranty Administrator (Electric Coach & Bus)

Location Los Angeles (90015)

Description

Warranty Administrator for customer service department under BYD Motors.

Major Responsibilities:

1.       Review warranty claims from customers.

2.       Check with customer if there are any questions regarding warranty claims.

3.       Pass confirmed warranty claims to accounting.

4.       Collect service reports from techs and sort out the ones we need to claim vendors.

5.       Send claim request to SQE (US vendor) and follow up.

6.       Send claim request/ service report to China claim team (China vendor) and follow up. 

Background, Experience & Qualifications: 

1.       At least 2 years’ warranty claim experience in bus/Auto industry.

2.       Must possess above average working knowledge in MS Office

3.       Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships among all cross-functional groups

4.       Strong organizational skills and time management skills, with strong attention to detail to prioritize multiple projects and priorities

5.       Self-starter with high level of initiative, a strong sense of urgency and ownership
