Reporting to the SVP Marketing with a dual report in the SVP, Brand, the Marketing Director is responsible for supporting all brand marketing efforts across ABG’s Home properties. The Marketing Director drives marketing innovation through collaboration and process. This individual has primary responsibility for the coordination and integration of day-to-day marketing efforts of designated brands.  In conjunction with

the SVP, Marketing , the Marketing Director will collaborate with peer groups across functions including Brand, Business Development, Social Media, Digital, Creative, and PR to build and execute 360 Degree marketing programs. The Marketing Director will liaise with internal and external partners to assure that marketing plans are being executed, goals and timelines are being met, and that activations support key sales and brand initiatives. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Brand Marketing 

  • Spearhead marketing projects and the 360 marketing plans across designated brands
  • Drive direction, implementation, and execution of lifestyle marketing initiatives in support of brand vision
  • Track, measure and report on successes of marketing programs; report on and utilize learnings to maximize future results
  • Initiate project request forms for marketing projects/spend and act as liaison with internal teams to ensure project is on track 
  • Manage the direct marketing budget and process includingPO paperwork, ensuring project approvals are secured on a timely basis and are within budget
  • Review partner marketing plans ensuring they are in line with Global brand strategies and projected ad spend
  • Liaise regularly with brand teams on marketing asset needs; deliver on brand and business needs   
  • Responsible for competitive tracking and analysis of brand landscape, scouring marketplace for new brand opportunities; presenting findings to team 
  • Lead the development of marketing plans and pitch decks

 

Asset Management

  • Ensure asset delivery, marketing newsletters, brand information, sellingtools, etc. are developed, shared or posted in a timely manner
  • Own management and maintenance of Brand Tool Kit ensuring materials and all files are up to date (physical and digital) 
  • Manage and update all status documents and activation calendars weekly
  • Manage partner creative requests and approvals 
  • Review and coordinate Ecommerce asset needs
  • Maintain strong relationships with brand team; liaise on licensee and international partner marketing asset needs and provide assets as needed per global brand strategies and marketing plans
  • Set up and coordinate brand partner calls for key brands; record notes and deliverables, circulate minutes, follow up on next steps  
  • Partner with brand team to manage and coordinate product request needs
