We're recruiting for a Temp Traffic Manager at an advertising agency as a temporary job in Jacksonville, FL.

The Temp Traffic Manager will assist in setting a schedule of deadlines for the completion of a job. He or she will assign workers to each necessary step in the process. The Temp Traffic Manager will then check on the progress of the project, communicating with the account executive as needed.

This Temp Traffic Manager opportunity will include normal work hours, Monday through Friday, and work on-site to work as a "substitute" for the agency's full-time Traffic Manager. This candidate should be able to be on-call for extended periods of time, as needed. The hourly rate for this opportunity depends on the level of experience.

Temp Traffic Manager Responsibilities:

• Assign tasks and check the statuses of outstanding tasks
• Communicate any issues with the team and Account Executive
• Create timelines and tasks for the work to be done by deadlines provided
• Review the timeline with the Account Executive to get client approval

The Temp Traffic Manager will help the agency stay on task by managing processes and making sure jobs are on schedule and running smoothly to ensure happy clients. This candidate will make sure the workflow is efficient and the right projects are getting done by the right people.

Some in-house training will be provided for the Temp Traffic Manager to understand the agency's traffic management system.
