This position is for an individual who thrives in a high-paced, collaborative environment, is detail oriented, proactive and is able to complete tasks accurately and efficiently in a timely manner.   

Reporting directly to the Director of Brand Experience, the Coordinator is a role that supports the full ABG portfolio.  They are responsible for supporting and executing events, asset management, organization and streamlined communication across internal and external partners. 

CONCRETE: Digital Asset Management 

  • User creation, training on how to use portal and troubleshooting when user issues arise.
  • Brand portal management: updating homepage, layouts, etc.
  • Update Creative delivery for assigned ABG Brands on Webdam.

TOOLBOX 

  • Oversee, organize and update.
  • Work closely with creative teams and traffic manager to ensure the physical toolbox and concrete toolbox have the most up to date content.
  • Create a checklist and status update.
  • Print and bind materials as needed for toolbox and key high level meetings.

EVENTS 

  • Work closely with cross functional teams, marketing and PR to ensure all event needs are met. Checklists are itemized and crossed.
  • Event logistics and execution.Events include but are not limited to: Press Previews, Launch events, Pop Ups, etc.
  • Work with vendors to procure venues, props, materials, etc.
  • Catering and event management by working with vendors and teams to generate
  • Work with visual management team to assist in the setup of the showrooms, events, and any other needs. 

PROCUREMENT 

  • Procurement of branded product, props, event vendors, etc.
  • Streamline communication between creative, brand/marketing teams and the vendors to procure branded items needed.
  • Research and vet new vendors to add to our arsenal  

PO’s 

  • Support the Operations team on ensuring the PO process is streamlined and all parties follow process.
  • Scan all marketing PO’s in marketing share and organize accordingly.
  • Checks and Balance of PO’s and Amex charges every month and provide to Finance.
  • Communicate and request for missing information from PO initiators to ensure A/P and finance have all documents they need to properly pay vendors.
  • Place approved Marketing, PR, and Brand Experience orders on AMEX.
  • Track receipts and organize to facilitate in account management with A/P.
  • Support brand experience team on merchandising, production, casting, budgets, etc

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA in Business / Marketing 
  • 0-2 years working in marketing / operational role. 
  • Self-motivated and proactive. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Detail oriented and highly organized.
