Description

Reporting directly to the SVP – Living Legends, the Brand Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and assisting ABG’s Celebrity & Entertainment pillar in all management and licensing needs for the Living Legends portfolio.  The brand coordinator will provide general support for the division as well as take ownership of some of the division's day to day responsibilities.   

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. General support for Licensing Division; assist the SVP of Living Legends as well as the various Directors with day-to-day needs for all licensing initiatives. 
  2. Prepare and manage all monthly/quarterly reports as required by internal and external team members 
  3. Perform extensive market research to help vet and/or identify new brand opportunities 
  4. Maintain and update the division's master license database; enter all new agreements as well as changes, additions, etc. as relevant for any existing agreements. 
  5. Additional tasks and projects as needed. 
  6. Liase with internal departments (legal, brand management, marketing, creative, digital innovation) to leverage and maximize assets and new opportunities   

Skills & Requirements: 

  1. 1-3 year’s experience 
  2. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high pressure environment 
  3. Strong attention to detail 
  4. Licensing experience is not preferred, but not required 
  5. Excellent verbal communication, written communication and presentation skills 
  6. Must have a relentless drive to succeed and be a team player 
  7. Must exhibit excellent attention to detail, organization and follow-through skills 
  8. Must have strong computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office 
  9. Bachelor's degree required. 
  10. Willingness and ability to travel as the role requires
