The demand for Health-Ade is exploding as consumers fall in love with our Kombucha. So, we’re experiencing rapid growth and searching for a Director, S & OP to help optimize our operations.

What you’ll do:

• Achieve optimized inventory levels

• Achieve on or below budget for obsolete inventory

• Meet customer service fill rates above 98.5%

• Optimize plant schedules that best balance service and cost

• Inventory deployment strategies and execution

• Materials strategies and execution

• Lead Health-Ade’s Demand and Supply IBP (Integrated Business Planning… aka S&OP)

• Prepare all appropriate plans and analysis to secure key decisions necessary to optimize your accountabilities

• Assist in preparing escalations in the IBP process

• Deliver demand plans that achieve benchmark levels of forecast accuracy and item-level bias through

• Collaborating with SVP Sales, VP Supply Chain and others to deliver benchmark Demand Planning process

• Delivering Demand Planning analytics and KPIs that help you and your team continuously improve the forecast and help senior leadership drive accountability to continuous improvement

• Assisting SVP Sales and Director of Sales Operations in managing changes required to drive accountability to and improvement of account level forecasting metrics

• Collaborating with Sales and Finance on the Annual Operating Plan

• Deliver optimized (balancing cost and service) capacity plans and production schedules at our manufacturing sites and report executional metrics into the IBP process

• Develop network strategies for line segmentation and economic production quantities

• Design and execute differentiated supply and demand planning strategies for products in different stages of their life cycle (i.e., new product introduction, mature, declining, etc.)

• Deliver optimized raw and packaging material stocking strategies and accurate inventory deployment

• Assess and present risk to obsolescence across multiple product categories while supporting the Materials Manager in developing finished good and material planning strategies

• Ensure material planning strategies are executed at our production locations

• Oversee management of inventory deployment strategies and accuracy

• Deliver optimized finished goods inventory levels balancing service, cost, and obsolete for setting inventory levels

• Collaborate with demand planners, sales demand planners, sales and supply chain to drive improvement , reduce bias and increase forecast accuracy

• Collaborate to deliver pareto analyses on biggest opportunities to improve schedule attainment and adherence, and collaborating on plans to drive improvement

• Deliver supply chain analytics to drive effective decision making to optimize supply chain accountabilities

• Maintain accuracy and of behind supply chain planning analytics (e.g., DOH inventory, inventory composition, fill rates, obsolete reporting, etc.)

• Capacity plan for scenarios utilizing both “on-line” and offline analyses

• Manufacturing rates, planned and unplanned downtime, and other losses analysis

• Owning process design, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of all key planning processes

• Deliver benchmark tactical meeting cadence, structure and effectiveness

You have…

• 5 - 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning and in CPG

• Proven leadership and influencing both laterally and upward in organizations

• Proven ability to implement tier one planning systems (e.g., JDA, SAP APO, Logility, etc.)

• Proven ability to work within tier one planning systems, managing large diverse SKU mixes at multiple production locations to drive business results and secure key executive decisions through the IBP process

• Proven ability to calculate proper inventory levels at various stages of a product life cycle and implement for desired service and obsolete results

• Advanced working knowledge of Excel

• Proven ability to design, execute and continuously improve planning processes

• Proven ability to lead and facilitate effective S&OP meetings and processes

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field (e.g., Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, etc). MBA preferred

• APICS certification preferred
