Our foremost priority is streamlining our client's infrastructure by providing the fundamental foundations of resources and support services necessary to develop and expand with unwavering confidence.

We are growing! Employer Flexible is expanding its Sales team and looking to add Business Development Managers to our PEO division in the Houston market. 

The Business Development Manager will provide business owners with PEO and ASO solutions that will best benefit their company and employees through appropriately identifying their needs, building relationships, closing the sale, and ensuring a smooth transition from the proposal process to the implementation of services. The Business Development Manager will also maintain a strong business partnership with current clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.

This position helps achieve Employer Flexible’s mission by being passionate about providing a clear solution for prospects and clients that help drive their performance the right way while remaining profitable and positive for all stakeholders. 

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting:  Networking, cold calls, referrals and other resources
  • Consultation:  Client needs analysis, evaluation and proposals
  • Proposals:  Gather client complete and accurate census data 
  • Closing the Sales & On-Boarding:  Complete signed documents and attend orientation to ensure smooth transition
  • Manage Renewals
  • Maintain strong business partnership to ensure client retention
  • Team participation in weekly sales meetings

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of proven consultative sales experience in the PEO or Healthcare Benefits industry 
  • Established network
  • BA/BS degree

Training and Certifications (not required but preferred)

  • Group 1 License
  • PHR/SPHR
  • CFP
