Your Role with the Company:

You will be the go-to safety authority for the firm, responsible for managing all areas of safety as well as insurance claims for this civil construction firm.  You will work closely with the Director of HR, the President, and other senior leaders to ensure safety programs, including accident/injury prevention, are updated and running smoothly.  You’ll also handle safety compliance, and your responsibilities will extend across multiple functions, including the firm’s fleet and equipment areas, the plant making construction materials, the office, and the warehouse facilities. 

Background Profile:

• 6+ years safety experience
• Exposure to civil construction (road, bridge, excavating, underground, etc.)
• Background handling insurance claims
• Experience working effectively with multiple departments
