Official Title: Child Care Technology Advisor

Job Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week

Salary: $55,00 to $65,00/year DOE + Benefits

Primary Purpose: To develop, manage, support, coordinate and execute the marketing and implementation of technological services to families and child care providers focusing on Msign and Parent Portal Software.

· Develop and implement marketing approaches and outreach strategies that have positive outcomes to promote the new IT services to families and providers participation in our child care subsidy programs.

· Lead, coordinate and execute activities and events to enhance the awareness of the technological services to parents and child care providers.

· Lead and manage trainings for parents and child care providers regarding technological services.

· Responsible for managing and tracking the progression of on-boarding families and child care providers.

· Responsible for analyzing data regarding program enrollment stats.

· Develop and execute the MSign Software Program and electronic attendance efforts as needed.

· Design and Coordinate the preparation, production, and distribution of informational materials.

· Maintain working knowledge of software programs, reporting requirements and deadlines.

· Respond to Customer Care needs.

· Monitor company email and other communication systems to ensure fast response to clients.

· Responsible for communicating and having knowledge of the enrollments and payment process.

 

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field from four-year college or university.

Familiarity with inbound marketing best practices.

At least 3 Years Experience in Marketing, Communications and/or customer service a plus.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Ability to write routine reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Must work effectively with people of diverse economic and ethnic backgrounds.

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
