Official Title: Resource and Referral Specialist

Job Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week

Salary: $16.16/Hour + Benefits

Primary Duties:

Provide, facilitate, and/or coordinate trainings, workshops and technical assistance to families and child care providers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Ed or related field + 3 years experience in the child development field, preferred.
• Associate's Degree in Child Development, Childhood Ed or related + 5 years experience in the child development field, required.
• Experience and ability to work with adult learners and diverse client populations.
• Experience working with families and child care providers preferred.
• Ability to nurture respectful relationships with community agencies and leaders, and families and other community stakeholders
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
• Must possess a valid California driver’s license, have use of a motor vehicle and provide evidence of automobile liability insurance.
• Position requires local travel and some evening/weekend work
