Reports to: Director of Ad Operations

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Hourly, contract, onsite through the end of October. 

Significant experience managing digital projects and strong project manager. 

Strong knowledge of social platforms, including audiences and targeting. 

 

The Position (in priority order)
 

  1. Execute client’s digital projects post-sale
    1. Including display advertising, social media, digital video
    2. Purchase online media and ensure fulfillment.
    3. Optimize campaigns.
  2. Provide technical support to Strategy Managers.
  3. Responsible for basic website development & maintenance.
  4. Work with design/development team to generate necessary creative assets.
  5. Troubleshoot performance issues.
  6. Facilitate reports.
  7. Ensure campaigns deliver against key performance indicators and be able to provide analysis.    
  8. Communicate well with coworkers to ensure tight deadlines are met.
  9. Manage internal organization’s social media presence including posting content as well as working to grow following and engagements.
  10. Multitask to quickly and seamlessly jump from one project to the next.
  11. Stay up to date on latest ad-tech/mar-tech trends.

 

Professional Background
 

  1. Experience with online marketing and project management experience, preferably in a political campaign or agency setting.
  2. Familiarity with Facebook, Google AdWords, YouTube, Twitter and other online advertising platforms.
  3. Have significant hands-on experience managing digital projects (email or social media campaigns, online advertising, website development, etc.)
  4. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including audiences and targeting
  5. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
  6. Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  7. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with an ability to clearly convey concepts to different stakeholders.
  8. Flexibility with time and schedule to meet deadlines.
  9. A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
