Talentyeti  is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our client's growing talent acquisition team!   A successful candidate will be responsible for  sourcing, recruiting, screening and interviewing individuals to determine and recommend placement of ideal candidates by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external) for open positions in an assigned area/region of the country.  This is your chance to start your career in Corp Recruiting/HR and or take your Staffing Company experience in another direction.  Training will be provided.  Position will be based in the Orange Park/Fleming Island area.  

Responsibilities:

• Partner with our Executive leadership team and field operations teams to determine staffing needs and ensure understanding of the requirements and expectations for those needs.
• Utilize reporting mechanisms for communication of talent needs and candidate availability throughout the organization

• Develop strategies to ensure high visibility and attract qualified candidates.
• Create a network of candidates and maintain an internal database of all qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, administer the appropriate assessments and reference/background checks, suggest recommendations for hire (or not hire), and assist in the delivery of employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt position openings.
