PART TIME - 2 DAYS / WEEK

Our fast paced office team is seeking a part-time bookkeeper that can help our healthcare agency ensure
timely payments are made and invoices are billed quickly. Salveo Healthcare Solutions provides Related
Services to the NYC Department of Education, as well as NJ Department of Education, and therapists
and nurses to Skilled Nursing Facilities as well as Physicians to Urgent Care Centers and Medical
Centers. Our agency is licensed in the state of NY and NJ to provide healthcare services for the young
and elderly with developmental disabilities. We are a growing business and are looking for the right
person to fill a key position within our company. This position is for a motivated individual with
bookkeeping experience. We are looking for someone with the proper skill set, mindset, and a willingness
to learn. Experience with ADP Run Payroll is a plus.
Requirements: Associate’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or any other related field or
presently attending school with a concentration in the mentioned fields.
Job Description:
 Be a tremendous team player and great communicator
 Exceptional organization skills and accuracy
 Full Cycle Bookkeeping using Quickbooks Online
 Manage aspects of A/R & A/P
 Make collection calls and send collection letters as needed
 Transactions on QuickBooks online, preparing deposit slips
 Perform accurate weekly billing and credit card processing
 Post client payment and depositions daily and take deposits to the bank
 Process payroll with accurate and timely distribution of payments to a varying number of
employees with proper withholdings
 Handle payroll information including timesheets and commissions for payroll entry
 Monthly financial reports for management
 Answer all client billing related inquiries with diplomacy
 Assist in all areas of operation as requested by management
 Providing accurate W2s and 1099s
 Provide CPA and auditor with all records as needed for year-end reconciliation and tax filings.
General oversight of the completion of the yearly audit
