Physical Therapist urgently needed for Summer cases from the DOE. These are individual cases at home or at school or day care. 

Requirements:

• Maintain proper documentation 
• Write comprehensive notes 
• Communicate with family and multi-disciplinary team to develop goals and outcomes for children 
• Provide a nurturing environment where students feel comfortable, is conducive to learning and brings out the best of each student.
