Review and release of accounts payable and fixed asset invoices for payment assuring proper GL classifications.

Manage the chart of accounts and account descriptions.

Prepare and input daily general ledger entries into GL system, as appropriate.

Reconcile the clearing accounts on a daily basis.

Assist in the reparation of head office, financial and management reporting.

Other ad-hoc responsibilities and projects as deemed necessary.

Maintain effective internal communication and external interfaces with auditors, regulators, etc.

Any other duties as assigned by the manager.
