We are looking for Special Education (SETSS) Provider (fluent in Spanish) for a case in Manhattan.
Position(s)
- SPANISH SETSS for 2nd, 3rd, & 4th grades - During School hours
- SPANISH SETSS for the SCHOOL YEAR 2018/2019
Responsibilities:
- Design, assess and evaluate student progress in achieving IEP goals.
- The ability to create a classroom environment where students feel safe, supported, and challenged
- Passion and commitment to teaching scholars in underserved areas and to closing the achievement gap
- Relentless drive to set and achieve ambitious goals
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Growth mindset and ability to use feedback to improve practice
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Special Education
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Spanish
- Must have one of the following:
- NY State Transitional-B/Initial/Professional/Permanent Students with Disabilities Certification (K-12) or (7-12)
